- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Technology. Age: 21 to 45 years.
- Scientific Administrative Assistant: Graduate in science (preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food and Nutrition). Age: 21 to 45 years.
- Project Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Diploma in Agriculture with computer knowledge. Age: 21 to 45 years.
- Skilled Person: Matriculation (10th class) with adequate exposure to laboratory analysis works, lab maintenance, and care. Age: 21 to 45 years.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST/Women candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years.
